Landlord Deposit Scheme - Mark Antony Estates


From 6th of April 2007, it became the law that all landlords had to use the Deposit Protection Scheme for all tenants bonds. The Deposit Protection Scheme protects the tenants and bond and ensures that this is returned providing the Tenant has met most of the tenancy agreement proving they have not damaged the property and paid the rent and the bills associated with the property. The Deposit protection scheme is beneficial to both the tenant and the landlord as this protects there investment equally and will only be released once both parties are satisfied at the end of the tenancy agreement.
