Every product made by us from Accoya Wood is under warranty for twisting, warping, shrinking, swelling and decay for 50 years, yes, 50 years. In fact, all of our timber products are under warranty. Unfortunately, we are not able to warranty engineered timber for any shrinking or swelling. However hardwood is expected a life span of 40 years and softwood a lifespan of 20.

 Each of our timber products are made to be preserved. We dip all of our timber products in preservative to avoid insect infestation and fungal decay, so you can get the most out of your products. Although we are confident in the lifespan and quality of our products, the lifespan of all our timber is subject to how well the wood is cared for and maintained by the owner.

Our glass is also under warranty, with a 10 year guarantee on each and every one of our double glazed units, you know that you're getting nothing but the best with every repair and replacement you need within the first ten years at your fingertips.
