We have our own dedicated call centre to deal with all issues internally, we have the benefit of all our decision makers based at this site allowing us to progress jobs, actions and calls more quickly and effectively thus giving you the customer a better end result. We welcome any feedback and suggestions, and review these frequently. All calls are recorded into the call centre for training purposes and reviews this ensures we are deploying best practice and in line with RICS Service Charge Residential Management Code & ARMA Q guidelines.
