The work that we carried out with Electricity Alliance provides one of the best case studies to showcase the work and services we provide. We needed to create new attachments for our pavers in order to increase the tonnage of material being laid in trenches on a major project on the Liverpool A Road.
With the use of the attachment we fabricated, we were able to increase the tonnage laid throughout the project. This saved Electricity Alliance a great deal of time, and reduced the amount of man power required on site by half.
In terms of the overall outcome of the project, we benefited Electricity Alliance a great deal.
• We saved them money, through reduced manpower and wages.
• We reduced the time the project took to complete and ensured the project stayed in budget – at one point, the project was several weeks behind schedule.
• We also reduced lane closures by completing the project faster, clearing any traffic congestion around the job site.
