One public course Courtney Associates run is "Assertiveness at Work Masterclass".This 1 day course will provide you with the necessary toolkit of skills that will allow you take charge of your work and personal life, enabling you to act with both firmness and fairness in the appropriate situations. You will learn how you can become more confident and assertive in work and you will also learn how to clearly communicate your views and opinions.

This workshop would suit anyone who is looking to improve the way they are seen by others due to how they assert themselves at home and in the workplace.
