Here at IJ training we offer a large range of courses that cover many different industries such as forklift driving, plant training and driver CPC. These courses are aimed to help you or your employees skill set to grow, in order to contribute more efficiently and productively to your business. For employers the training is done on your site. This allows you to have your staff trained on the equipment they are going to operate; in the area they are going to operate it. Thus, making their training as practical and efficient as possible to benefit your business. 

We also provide other services that are carried out by qualified instructors, guaranteeing consistent high standards of training where ever it takes place. Our courses range for novice,experienced, conversion and refresher. They specialise in manual handling equipment we also offer first aid, dangerous goods awareness and manual handling. As the safety of our clients is externally important to us, hence why we strongly emphasise healthy and safety on our courses.

Diversity and Equality in the Workplace.

Diversity and Equality are words often used when discussing the need to respect the beliefs and opinions of others. It is important to have a true understanding of what these words mean and know how to behave in accordance to them. Laws exist to govern our behaviour towards these ideas, but it is important to know that utilizing the diversity that exists in the workplace can actually be a very useful tool.

Courtney Associates run a course named 'Equality and Diversity in the work place'.  The aim of this one day course is to provide an understanding of Equality and Diversity within a work place setting, how to act in regards to the laws surround the areas and how to respond in terms of making the most from your work force and business opportunities.
