That was the firm statement from Ian Jenkins, founder of IJ Training. With a wide range of instructors whom all have several years experience of training in the work place, the company specialises in full accredited training courses across a broad spectrum of industries, to suit all level of experience. 

However despite being designed to improve road safety and continuing development, general criticism has brewed throughout the industry since its implementation in 2009, over the usefulness and value of the Driver CPC course, with some companies branding it a 'money making scheme' as all commercial LAW drivers need it in addition to their vocational licence.
We asked IJ Training founder to elaborate why he believes his training is so valuable and important.

Firstly, training occurs on the client's site -explained Ian- so that staff feel comfortable in an atmosphere they are used to but more importantly, so that they're training on the actual equipment they are going to be operating in the exact workplace they're going to be located in.
