• We will advise you on whether your proposal is likely to be accepted.
• You complete HMRC’s Form 64-8 and send it to us; this lets us speak to them on your behalf.
• Transfer the arrangement fee to our bank – between £350 and £500 dependant on the size of the debt.
• We will speak to HMRC on your behalf and make a time to pay arrangement with them
• We will let you know by either telephone or email what is agreed and then all you have to do is maintain the payment plan.
• If you can’t maintain the payments under the time to pay plan then get in touch with us immediately.
