Safeguarding Children course - Pass Point training.
If you regularly come into contact with children and young people, a detailed understanding of safeguarding is vital. You may be new to the sector, or be preparing to enter it and want to learn the basics for the first time or instead you may simply be wanting to refresh your knowledge on an area you have lots of previous experience in.
A safe guarding course from Pass Point training is a quick, easy and informative way to learn whether you have never had any previous training on safeguarding or if you just want to top up your learning,
The 6 hour full day course is designed for anyone who comes into contact with children through either their work or leisure activities. The course provides an introduction to what child abuse is and to help you recognise early signs of possible problems. It provides guidance on what you can do to prevent children suffering from abuse and can provide advice on how you can safeguard children in your care.
This course is ideal for anyone working or volunteering at children’s day nurseries, schools, youth groups or teachers, assistants and nursery nurses.
