Going to the gym isn’t meant to be a chore, Formby Hall can offer you the very latest in training and wellness technology! They offer a range of My Gym membership packages, you can call up and arrange to take a look at all their facilities before you sign up!

Whether you’re after light toning or a high intensity strength work out you’ll find everything you need in the Formby Hall Health Club, plus some rather special extras; Technogym cardiovascular machines, Kinesis studio and their amazing 20m heated swimming pool.

The health & fitness studios are equipped with state of the art equipment, regarded as the best in the North West. The cardiovascular equipment has an integrated touch screen TV, radio stations, integrated fans and iPod docking stations. Alongside this, Formby Hall now has a full programme of classes available to both members and non-members throughout the week.

They can also help you achieve your personal fitness goals quicker with a combination of the fantastic state-of-the-art facilities and their team of highly trained and motivated fitness coaches. For 2014, Formby Hall are offering 3 personal training sessions for free when you sign up for a My Gym membership - these sessions would usually be £30 per hour so it's a great saving!
