The position: Director/Head of Development Services

Salary: Negotiable + benefits and rewards

Location: Warrington

Hours: 37.5 per week

Summary: You will be responsible for the development services team and required to take overall accountability for the development team employees, associates and contractors who provide consultancy services and ensure our standards are meet. You will play the lead role in building customer relationships, you will have knowledge of a variety of housing/property based/programmes and a solid understanding of the development process. You will also help shape the growth of PDW including lead responsibility for the sales of our Development Procedures Manual and training products.
