Helena Partnerships: 92 unit Extra Care schemes with HCA funding support. Wulvern Housing: 2 successful Extra Care schemes with HCA funding support. In addition we have assisted Local Authorities including Cheshire County Council and Stoke City Council with both expression of interest and Out line Business Care submission for major PFI
Proposals for Extra Care Initiatives.

With over 25 appointments across the UK for Older Persons Housing
Option Appraisal services, we have established an excellent track
record in this field. Many of the Option Appraisal exercises we have
