First Aid Training for Businesses | Action Training Services

We all know what first aid is but do we actually know how it important it is? Imagine yourself in work and you trip over a cable of wires, you then hit your head on the wall and pass out. Now imagine if not one single person in your workplace new what to do? You may be thinking well they would just ring an ambulance, which on average takes 8 minutes to arrive. In that time you could have swallowed your tongue blocking you airways, or you could be bleeding excessively from the head.

I know this doesn't sound pleasant but these types of incidents occur every single day and could be prevented if someone had sufficient first aid training. As a business employer you should provide first aid training for your employees, which is now a legal requirement and failing to do so could not only cost you someones life but also your business.

By trying to compromise on your staffs safety to save yourself costs is a huge failure as an employer and will cost you. So if you haven't already given your staff the training they and yourself need speak to Action Training Services based in Wigan who offer a range of first aid training courses which can all be tailored to meet the training needs of your organisation.
