Level 3 – Paediatric First Aid
This is a 2 day course on the 17th December and on the 18th December between 9:30am and 4:30pm. The course costs £100 per person, plus VAT.

- Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) on Infant & Child
- Defibrillation & AED’s
- Choking Infant & Child
- Wounds & Bleeding
- Shock Management
- Fractures & Dislocations
- Anaphylaxis
- Head, Neck & Back injuries
- Sickle Cell Anaemia, Diabetes, Asthma, Meningitis, Febrile Convulsions
- Effects of Heat & Cold
- Electric Shock
- Poisoning
- Bites & Stings
- Burns & Scalds
- Cuts & bruises
This is a 1 day course on the 15th December between 9:30am and 4:30pm. This course costs £80 per person, plus VAT. It is designed for anyone who wants to become an accredited first aider for their workplace. It meets the minimum guidelines for the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. It covers the following areas.
- Roles & Responsibilities of a First Aider
- First Aid Kits
- Scene Safety Assessment
- Barrier Use
- Primary Assessment
- Recovery Position
- Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) on Adult
- Defibrillation & AED’s
- Choking Adult
- Serious Bleeding Management
- Shock Management
- Minor Injuries (including burns & scalds, cuts & bruises)
This is a 2 day course over the 7th January 2016 and the 8th January 2016 between 9:30am - 4:30pm.
Participants must already hold a Level 3 in First Aid at Work as this is a refresher course. It costs £120 per person plus VAT. It covers the following areas.

- Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) on Adult
- Defibrillation & AED’s

- Secondary Assessment
- Bandaging & Wounds
- Bones, Joints & Muscles Injuries
- Seizures & Epilepsy
- Diabetes
- Anaphylaxis
- Effects of Heat & Cold
- Heart Attack & Strokes
- Minor Injuries (including burns & scalds, cuts & bruises, splinters)
- Scenario Practice – Using fake wounds and role play techniques
To avoid dissapointment, it is advised that you book as soon as possible. All courses are held at their training centre in Lancashire.
