Uprocure allows contractors to bid for projects they would
like to work on by uploading a quote for the project. Uprocure works by allowing
developers to upload their projects for contractors to view and bid for. There
are three stages for contractors during this process.
Firstly, contractors are able to view different projects
based on their search criteria. These projects are emailed to contractors from
Uprocure. These emails alert contractors that a new project has been submitted and
it matches what the contractor is able to offer.
Secondly, contractors can submit their quote. During this
stage they are able to view the ranking of their quote and also be alerted when
a bid has been revised by a competitor. This allows you to review and change
your quote in order to try and secure the project.
Finally the developers receive the bids and choose the best
offer for them. If your bid is chosen, you will receive your order.
This is an extremely useful way for developers to receive quotes
as it allows them to get the best deal in a simple way without researching and
contacting numerous contractors.
