Admittedly, the end result all depends on your tattoo. Many factors can effect the end result, such as how traumatic and deep the tattoo is and what pigment is used in the tattoos, but the vast majority of tattoos we treat at Re-Enhance do in fact completely disappear, with minimal scarring. Even in the few cases in which the tattoo can not be completely removed, the tattoo fades to a point where it is almost completely unnoticeable.

The treatment is also not the source of unbearable pain, anyone who tells you otherwise has probably not had a tattoo removal. Although, some body parts are more sensitive than others, just like having a tattoo. Places such as those where the tissue is very fine or close to the bone are usually the most painful areas to treat. However the pain only feels similar to that of a rubber band being pinged on the skin. We do not usually administer any anaesthetic for this treatment, as it is usually close to painless, but for particularly sensitive patients, we are willing to administer a topical anaesthetic.

Another rumour about tattoo removal is that you will end up with a scar in the place of the tattoo. This is very rare, there will be a small scab over the treated area for a few days, but as long as the after care is done properly, you should not experience any scarring.

How long does it last? - Treatment results can be seen instantly, however they will continue to improve over the first few days with long lasting results, from nine to twelve months.

How long does it last? - You will need this treatment at least 3 times for effects, 4-6 weeks apart. 

Is it safe? - It is safe however patients do report of a slight discomfort which feels like a prickly warm heat. 

Type of treatment: Facial Peels 

What does it do? -  Chemical facial peels help to reduce wrinkles, scars and blemishes by using an exfoliating solution. It takes away the old and dead skin and allows new skin to regenerate. 

How long does it last? - Results are evident almost instantly but a repeat of this treatment, typically 4-6 weeks will provide better results.
