Unfortunately, we are not able to warranty engineered timber for any shrinking or swelling. However hardwood is expected a life span of 40 years and softwood a lifespan of 20.

 Each of our timber products are made to be preserved. We dip all of our timber products in preservative to avoid insect infestation and fungal decay, so you can get the most out of your products. Although we are confident in the lifespan and quality of our products, the lifespan of all our timber is subject to how well the wood is cared for and maintained by the owner.
