Huge Success for Estates Property Management!

Last month Ashley O'Brien, the technical Director of Estates Property Management held two seminars at the Property Investor & Homebuyer show which took place in the Excel Arena in London on the 17th and 18th of April. The two seminars Ashley held were a huge success with tickets completely selling out for both, and the impact both seminars had on business leads afterwards was tremendous! The two seminars focused on Service Charges which includes The Cost, The Management and The Options. Below are some photos taken from the show:

Estates Property Management also had a great success with their stand which even won best graphics on the first day!

Buying a leasehold property with a service charge attached can have huge implications; in particular it will undoubtedly affect yields on investment. Estates Property Management presentations are set out to educate and inform potential leaseholder property investors and those who already have these types of property of the Block Management industry and the cost of lack of leaseholder involvement in management decisions affecting the block.  They also inform investors on the options available to them to challenge service charge costs and the preparation required. The end goal is to leave leasehold investors better informed and more aware of managed blocks going forward.

In addition to the seminars they also held surgeries for service charge payers to speak to Danielle Twittey  on a one to one basis. Visit www.estates.com today or contact them direct to discuss any of their services or events.
