Previously, owned privately by the same family for over 25 years, Lac Bernard has recently been purchased and enhanced to create a stunning fishing holiday venue for their guests or visitors.

They are now aiming to renovate the resort, in order to provide a quality experience for their guests. This renovation phase consists of refurbishing the onsite cabin to make it more homely and welcoming for their guests. Also, the lake has recently been re stocked with over 100 carp that vary in sizes from 8 &10 KG so that they can provide a much more enjoyable fishing experience for their visitors. The lake itself is highly maintained and weeded to make sure that it is always able to offer the perfect fishing experience and that the fish are able to flourish in order to make sure they are in the best condition.

They do have some rules for their resort:

• Absolutely no fixed leads
• Barbed or Micro-Barbed only
• 3 Rod limit – Under NO circumstances must rods be left unattended
• All swims must be left in the same condition as found, no rubbish to be left
• Unhooking mat and landing nets provided, please do not bring your own
• No fires
• No sacking of fish
• Carp sacks will not be permitted on site, if found it will be removed from site
• Radio boat allowed
• Particle baits allowed
• 15lb minimum line strength
• Always lock the gate behin
