Yakishichimenchou - Pan fried skewered turkey with pineapple slowly cooked in Wasabi’s plum teriyaki sauce
Ebi Tempura Roll - Tiger Prawn Tempura, cucumber, Japanese Mayo with Unagi sauce
Beef Gyoza - Japanese dumpling pastry, stuffed with mixed seasonal vegetables and minced beef, steamed and then pan fried.
Onion Soup - Topped with spring onions
Main Courses: (all served with fried rice and oriental vegetable medley)
Sirloin Steak - Served with garlic and mushrooms
Chicken Fillet - Served with leeks and teriyaki sauce
Sea Bass - Served with lemon, soy sauce, butter and plum wine
Salmon Fillet - Served with lemon, soy sauce, butter and plum wine
Desserts:
Christmas Pudding - A rich dark pudding made from a traditional recipe, using sultanas and orange peel served with rum sauce
Chocolate Fudge Cake - Drizzled with chocolate sauce
Green Tea Panna Cotta
Ice Cream - Choice of Vanilla, Chocolate or Strawberry
